As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated Veterinary Sales Account Manager to join our team.
The Veterinary Sales Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling our pet cremation services to veterinary professionals. This role requires a compassionate individual who can build relationships, communicate the value of our services, and work collaboratively with veterinary practices to ensure the best possible experience for pet owners during a difficult time.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Account Management: Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and animal care facilities.
- Service Promotion: Educate veterinary professionals about our cremation services, including individual and communal options, urns, keepsakes, and other memorial products.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering personalized solutions for clients.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to effectively position our services and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals by driving new business and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business growth through CRM systems and regular reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in veterinary, pet care, or funeral services)
- Strong knowledge of the veterinary industry and its needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and sensitive to the nature of our services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
- Business development/account management experience is a plus

Physical Requirements
- This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory (driving to veterinary hospitals and clinics).
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds (e.g., carrying sample products or marketing materials).
