Account Executive
Audacy Richmond is expanding its sales team and seeks a self‑motivated, creative, and results‑driven professional to drive new business and manage accounts across audio and digital platforms.

As an Account Executive, you will prospect and close new business, nurture existing accounts, and spearhead innovative marketing solutions—including radio, digital media, streaming audio/video, podcasts, and social media—for a diverse client base. You will collaborate with internal teams, maintain CRM records, and communicate value propositions that resonate with each client’s objectives.

Responsibilities- Contacting, emailing, and cold‑calling businesses to build marketing solutions that may include radio, digital assets, events, and social media.
- Prospecting new clients, collaborating with internal support, pitching strategic ideas, and communicating our value to drive new business development.
- Growing existing accounts while managing all business aspects of the relationship.
- Achieving sales goals and attending regular meetings and training sessions.
- Continuously learning new products in a rapidly evolving industry, proactively creating opportunities such as podcasting, streaming audio/video, and digital performance media (search, email, social).
- Consistently using and maintaining our CRM tool and other platforms for daily business operations.
- Clearly communicating and managing expectations internally and externally while multitasking across multiple accounts.
- Building deep business relationships by delivering great service and results.
- Leveraging first‑class attribution capabilities to provide smarter optimizations and improved ROI.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
- Possess a hunter mentality with cold‑calling and prospecting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close with high success while building strong relationships.
- Drive game‑changing results, identifying, developing, and presenting customized solutions using non‑traditional and digital concepts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to command the room during presentations.
- Strong multitasking, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
- Driven, uncompromising pursuit of success.

- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor‑vehicle record check; proof of insurance if using personal vehicle required.
- Sales experience.
- Fearless approach to generating new business meetings.
- Successful track record of new business development.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed defined sales goals.
- Strategic omnichannel selling preferred.
- Conceptual understanding of client needs analysis and its benefits.
