Job Summary

Responsible for the sale of integrated communication solutions to small‑to‑medium business customers. Develops relationships with individual businesses and the community, positioning the Comcast brand as a key component of the sales strategy and adhering to Comcast's touchstones.

Core Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
  • Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer, and sell with goals of exceeding departmental, financial and unit targets.
  • Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.
  • Generate new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships while focusing on goal achievement and results.
  • Assist with developing sales territory, including cultivation of local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
  • Retain customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo, ensuring a superior customer experience and maintaining relationships to drive retention through operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Participate in out‑of‑the‑office meetings with customers on a regular basis and demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills including presenting, persuading and negotiating.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules and overtime as necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Base Pay: $45,000.00

Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $75,000.00

Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
