- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
- Four years of sales experience within the insurance industry
- Must reside in the territory managed and have the ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Five or more years of insurance sales or related experience
- Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or willingness to pursue
- Extensive knowledge of Travelers products and the Property & Casualty marketplace
- Demonstrated skills in coaching, training, and mentoring others
- Ability to utilize digital sales tools effectively
