Sales Design Consultant

We are looking for a creative, personable Flooring Sales Designer to help customers bring their flooring ideas to life. You'll guide clients through product selections, create flooring designs and estimates. You would work alongside the Lead showroom designer, assist with product pricing, vendor communications, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to understand their flooring needs and style
• Recommend flooring products, colors, and finishes
• Prepare estimates and sales proposals for over the counter, retail sales
• Coordinate with Outside Sales Reps on customer selections and product information
• Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
• Maintain strong teamwork and communication, working alongside Lead Designer and sales Reps to deliver successful projects.

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, detail-oriented, creative, and confident working with customers. Flooring, interior design, or sales experience is a plus. We are willing to train the right person with flooring knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong drive to succeed and the ability to learn, retain and apply new information quickly.
