Research Assistant/Associate
Stantec is seeking a Right of Way Technician in the Richmond, VA area to support property acquisition and title research efforts. You will conduct long-form title searches, compile title abstracts, and coordinate with project teams to secure easements and approvals.
The role requires knowledge of ROW laws, ability to read engineering drawings and land surveys, and up to 50% travel. Office-based with possible field work, some bilingual ability is a plus.
