Garda World Security Services is hiring a GSOC Surveillance Ambassador.

- Complete daily reporting; submit incident reports for input and approval
- Notify elevation, upon approval (mass notification/Everbridge)
- Conduct travel security reviews
- Red Tag/Hot Works reporting
- Ensure timely and effective response to incidents, alarms, notifications, calls, and other activities related to the Security Operations Center
- Receive and respond to emergency and non‑emergency calls from employees, outside vendors, law enforcement, and security field force via telephone, automated alarm monitoring, and radio systems
- Process and evaluate information received from all available sources, and respond with the appropriate communication and dispatch procedures
- Coordinate with Security Operations Center staff to provide necessary documentation in support of uniformed guard force activity (e.g., Officer Dispatch, Incident Reporting)
- Must pass a skills‑based assessment called "Criticall," administered after successful completion of the interview process.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- Work experience must include the following:
- Demonstrated analytic and critical thinking skills and ability to prepare reports
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to reach conclusions and approaches to problem solving
- Demonstrated high level of competency with advanced computer systems (hardware, software, and networks)
- Ability to communicate effectively with IT and security systems professionals
- Demonstrated ability to operate radio, telephone equipment, and/or console monitors
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment while possibly working under pressure
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize workload based on urgency

- Professional training and/or education in one or more of the following:
- Customer service
- Dispatch operations
- Security and/or emergency services
- Documented experience and competency in the following Security Software Systems:
- Access Control/ (e.g., Pro Watch)
- Alarm Receiving Automation software (e.g., Onyx Works)
- Incident Management and computer‑assisted dispatch software
- CCTV/Video Management systems (e.g., Max Pro)
- Mass Notification systems (specifically, Everbridge)
- Business Intelligence and Travel Tracking (e.g., iJet and NC4)
- Experience in a modern 911 Call Center, Central Station Alarm Monitoring, or Dispatch Operation, Technical Security Control Room, or similar environment
- Environment:
Office; minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures expected - Major activity:
Working on PC and using telephone/radio while sitting - Physical efforts:
Limited, including some standing, bending, limited stretching and reaching - Must submit to drug screening to the extent permissible by law
