We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our team in an entry-level capacity. This is a hands‑on apprenticeship designed to provide real‑world training in regulatory compliance, security frameworks (like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA), and internal operations.

This is a highly competitive role within our apprenticeship program, offering a fast‑track pathway to becoming a full‑time Compliance Analyst or Security Analyst for top‑performing candidates.

• Support our compliance team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
• Help review, track, and organize documentation related to audits, policies, and internal control
• Assist with client onboarding, evidence collection, and monitoring workflow
• Learn how to use leading compliance platforms and tools
• Collaborate with consultants and senior team members to ensure deadlines are met

• A strong interest in compliance, cybersecurity, legal, or operations
• 4‑year college degree or 4 years of continuous work experience in a professional, client‑facing role
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and learn quickly
• No prior experience in compliance required — we will train you

This is a 12‑month paid apprenticeship program at $20/hour, with a clear track to a full‑time salaried Compliance Coordinator or Analyst role upon successful completion.
