• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols.
• Observe and report unusual activity.
• Help deter unauthorized access through visible presence.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders.
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.

• Valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Armed guard card or license.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Subject to background investigation.
• Subject to drug screen (to extent permitted by law).
• Participate in industry‑specific security training.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.
