The role supports the organization’s 24/7 GSOC operations, monitoring incidents, coordinating emergency responses, and communicating with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SOC/GSOC, emergency dispatch, and crisis monitoring, with strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work
