Schedule: availability Wednesday-Sunday
Job Summary: Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking dependable Multi-Shift Security Officers to provide coverage at multiple client locations as needed. Officers will help maintain a safe and secure environment by performing patrols, monitoring premises, and responding to incidents.
Responsibilities:
- They must fill in sudden staffing gaps caused by callouts,illness,or vacant shifts to ensure we never lack security coverage.
- They must quickly be able to learn new site layouts, operational protocols, and emergency procedures across different client locations.
- No guarantees of hours.
- Must be able to travel surrounding areas (Richmond, Henrico, North Chesterfield, Chester, Petersburg)
- Must have DCJS and a good driving record
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and travel between locations
- Prior security experience
