They are seeking a senior-level technician who leads field operations for a single project, ensuring smooth execution across all phases of a low voltage project: pre-wire, trim, install, and finish.

Responsibilities:
- These roles as nearly the same, but with different levels of seniority and focus on single project vs focus on oversight of multiple projects from the field
- Senior level technician who can skillfully execute all 4 phases of a low voltage project (pre-wire, trim, install and finish)
- Has some level of BICSI, CTS, CTS-I certifications
- Carries industry manufacturer certifications (ex. Commscope, Crestron, ICT, Avigilon, etc.)
- Excels at his/her craft and is the best technician for a team with any project they lead
- Not only performs work on a project, but leads team to perform at maximum ability in a competitive, compassionate environment
- Provides training and technical support for team in field
- Direct point of communication with the Project Manager
- Provides reporting, documentation to the Project Manager
- Field Superintendent would be responsible and provide oversight of all field project leads and technicians
- Responsibilities would also include developing professional development pathways for all field staff, safety certifications for all staff and enforce company and site rules for all field staff
Skills/Must have:
- Field Project Leads and Field Superintendent would OSHA certifications, forklift and lift training/certs
- Field Superintendent will have a minimum of 3-5 years as a Field Project Lead
- Field Project Leads will have a minimum of 3-5 of technical experience servicing projects as described here
