We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman to oversee roofing installation, repair, and maintenance projects for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of roof systems, and the ability to manage crews effectively to deliver high‑quality work and stay within budget.

• Supervise and manage a team of roofers to ensure the completion of projects according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Inspect jobsites before, during and after installation to ensure quality, safety and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Assign tasks to crew members and provide guidance and training as needed.
• Communicate with project and operations managers and address concerns and answer questions.
• Ensure safety procedures are always followed.
• Promote proper work ethic and enforce the company’s policies, procedures and practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• 5 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• 2 years of experience in a supervising or leadership role.
• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials and techniques.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb ladders, and balance.
• Must be able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
