Plumbing Technician

Overview

Real Property Management - Richmond Metro is looking for a licensed journeyman plumber to join our maintenance team. We are a full-service company founded on doing the right thing for the people in our community and are looking for qualified people who want to grow with us. Position is open for immediate filling.

• General plumbing work and repairs; installing and repairing faucets, drains, toilets, water heaters, and related components.
• Work with various piping materials (PEX, PVC, copper, etc.).
• Perform tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and ensure timely, professional completion to Real Property Management Richmond Metro standards.
• Schedule, communicate, complete, and invoice work; maintain customer service standards for owners and residents; promptly respond to and resolve issues.

• Minimum of two (2) years’ plumbing experience or suitable experience in residential repairs.
• Licensed journeyman plumber; service plumbing experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff; pass a background check.
• Excellent technical skills, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently with minimal daily direction.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000. We offer competitive wages, paid vacation, holiday pay, insurance allowances, growth and bonus structures, and new high-quality company vehicles.
