Job TypeFull-Time, Year-Round.
LocationVarious job sites.
Working HoursStart varies between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Overtime, nights, and weekends may be required.
Responsibilities- Supervise crew(s) and coordinate/assist the Project Management Team.
- Perform operations to meet job cost, schedule, and production goals.
- Willing to perform all related tasks to support projects.
- Ensure the company’s health and safety culture, policies, and requirements are met.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customer and co-workers.
- Knowledgeable of material and equipment requirements.
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Supervise and manage individuals.
- Read plans and have a working knowledge of standards and specifications.
- Able to organize, plan, and schedule work.
- Ability to communicate with employees, vendors, inspectors, owners’ reps.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Must pass pre-employment physical/drug screening.
