D.H. Griffin Wrecking Co., Inc. is a leading demolition specialist. Our Richmond, Va. office is accepting applications for Heavy Equipment Operators to work projects.

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment, typically 200 series excavators and above, fitted with hydraulic shears, grapples, bucket/thumb, universal processors.
• Demolish structures, sort material, and load out debris.
• Follow site supervisor direction, perform manual labor tasks, and use small tools.
• Embed in DHG’s safety culture, receive safety orientation, site‑specific training, and earn OSHA 10 certification.

• Demolition experience required; knowledge of 200 series excavators and above.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, perform manual labor, and use small tools.
• Must be medically capable of wearing a half‑faced respirator.
• All candidates must pass a background test and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and regular travel required.
