We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll focus on preventative maintenance for a wide range of commercial HVAC systems, helping our customers maintain optimal comfort and efficiency in their buildings. We're looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive—someone who understands the value of keeping systems running at peak performance to avoid costly repairs and downtime.

Perform routine maintenance services and troubleshooting on a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, VAVs, air handlers, and controls. Ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably while identifying potential problems before they elevate. Provide clear documentation of work performed and communicate effectively with property managers, facility engineers, and internal team members. Occasionally assist with service calls or retrofit work as needed.

$28.00 to $42.00 an hour, based on experience and credentials

40 hours / week, with overtime as needed

• Positive, can-do attitude
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance and service experience
• Clean and insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Familiarity with rooftop units, VAV systems, and commercial controls
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification a plus
• 10+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance and service experience preferred
• HVAC technical education or equivalent mechanical experience preferred
