Swimming Pool Construction Crew
Douglas Aquatics is a leading pool builder in the Richmond area, and we're looking for hardworking, reliable team members to join our construction division. If you have experience with shotcrete pools, tile & coping, plumbing, excavation, or concrete, we want to talk to you!
Open Positions- Pool Laborers – No experience required, willing to train
- Tile & Coping Masons
- Plumbing & Equipment Installers
- Foreman/Site Supervisor (must have experience)
- Competitive pay based on your experience and role

- Experience in construction or the pool industry is a plus

$18 to $32 per hour (based on experience)
