We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Insulation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of attic insulation, solar-powered attic ventilation systems, and other energy-saving home improvements. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Install attic insulation to improve home energy efficiency.
• Install solar-powered attic ventilation systems.
• Oversee and lead a team of technicians on various home improvement projects.
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and safety regulations.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with the services provided.

• Proven experience in insulation installation and home improvement projects.
• Knowledge of solar-powered systems is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
