Milton CAT is recruiting highly motivated individuals for its Diesel Technician Trainee program in the Northeast. The paid program begins in January 2027 with the opportunity to train across multiple Caterpillar systems and locations.
Trainees complete 2,000 hours of training over 12 months, including hands-on and instructor-led sessions, with regional travel every other month to our Massachusetts facility. Promotions to full-time technician roles are possible upon successful completion.
