What's the Job?
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, transformers, circuit breakers, lighting systems, and electrical panels.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards.
- Utilize CMMS systems to document work orders, inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Support multiple commercial and campus-style facilities while collaborating with facility managers, engineers, HVAC technicians, and contractors.
- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to service requests and supporting facility improvement projects.

What's the Job?

- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to service requests and supporting facility improvement projects.
- Active Virginia Electrician License (Required).
- Minimum 4 years of electrical maintenance or electrical contracting experience.
- Must be a licensed electrician; apprenticeship-only candidates will not be considered.
- Experience reading electrical blueprints, schematics, troubleshooting electrical systems, and performing preventive maintenance.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as travel between local client sites may be required.
