As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both residential and commercial customers while helping protect their properties from unwanted pests.

This position is performed primarily outdoors at residential and commercial properties. Technicians regularly work in varying weather conditions and use handheld application equipment throughout the day.

• Conducting detailed interior and exterior inspections to identify pest activity and entry points
• Providing effective pest control treatments using industry-approved products and techniques
• Performing treatments for ants, spiders, termites, rodents, mosquitoes, and other common pests
• Installing and servicing rodent control devices, bait stations, and traps
• Removing wasp, hornet, and bee nests safely and efficiently
• Sealing entry points using exclusion materials such as foam, mesh, and wood
• Educating customers on treatment plans and preventative solutions
• Recommending additional services that benefit the customer and protect their property
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
• Operating and maintaining a company vehicle safely and professionally
• Delivering outstanding customer service with every visit

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• 5+ years of pest control experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends when needed
• Ability to pass a background check

This is an active, hands-on position that requires:

• Walking and standing for extended periods
• Climbing ladders and accessing crawl spaces and attics
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment
• Bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in various weather conditions
• Performing physical labor throughout the workday
