Role: Skilled Welder supporting waste management and recycling operations by welding, repairing, and fabricating industrial equipment used in solid and liquid waste services.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Perform MIG and stick welding to repair and fabricate containers, compactors, and facility equipment.
- Operate shop tools and support preventive, safety-focused maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and complete repairs to reduce equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with operations teams to maintain safe, reliable equipment performance.
- Proficiency in MIG and stick welding.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with welding and industrial shop tools.
- Strong commitment to safety and environmentally responsible practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
