Paycom - ATS is seeking a Full Time Case Manager to provide structured case management for emergency shelter residents in Richmond, VA. The role supports residents with intake, needs assessments, and ongoing progress through one-on-one sessions, using diagnostic tools to guide recovery.
The position requires an Associate degree in social work or related field and at least one year of direct case management experience. Work hours are M–F, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with an hourly pay of $20.00–$22.00.
