Sponsored Residential Services (SRS) offers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to live in safe, supportive, family-like home environments. We are seeking individuals who want to share their home and provide care, structure, and compassion to help someone thrive.

As a Sponsor, you will operate in your own home, providing daily support and supervision, while receiving guidance and support from CHCG. This is a contracted opportunity for professional caregivers who want to make a meaningful impact.

• Operate your home with CHCG training, guidance, and support.

• Ownorrentyourhome (landlordapprovalrequiredifrenting).
• Mustmeet Virginialicensingrequirements.
• Mosthomessupportoneindividual;somemaysupporttwo.

• Paidadailyratebasedontheindividual’sSupports Intensity Scale  (SIS) level.
• 344billabledaysperyear,paidbi-weekly.
• Firstpaymenttypicallyarrivesaboutonemonthafterservicesbegin.

• Training,licensing guidance,supervision,anddocumentationsystems.
• Guidanceondailycare,service documentation,andrequiredtrainings.

• Onlineandin-person options.
• Topics include Medication Administration ,CPR/First Aid,Human Rights,Behavioral Support,and Person-Centered practices.

• Mayhaveanotherjobdependingonindividualneedsandapprovedbackupstaff.
• Timeoffisallowedwithapprovedbackupor DSP staff.
• Thisisalong-termopportunityforthoseinterestedinprovidingstable,supportive care.
