Monday to Thursday in office and the option to work remote on Friday.

• Lead a team of software developers in building applications and platforms using modern Type Script, React, HTML, .NET Core, SQL Server, and AWS technologies.
• Apply sound quality management methods, tools, and techniques to create and support defect‑free application software that meets the needs of the organization.
• Take complete ownership of product launch activities and coordinate closely with Dev Ops to monitor application performance and availability.
• Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be leveraged to strengthen CoStar’s technology platform and develop practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
• 5+ years’ experience in web development and database technologies.
• 3+ years’ experience building large distributed, API‑driven systems.
• Strong understanding of OOP and software design patterns.
• Experience using JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, and AWS technologies.
• Experience leading technical teams and working through complex requirements to provide timely technical solutions.

• Commercial Real Estate knowledge is a bonus.
• Experience with non‑relational databases such as Mongo
  
  DB or Elastic Search.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
