Job Title: Sr Power Builder Developer

Location: Richmond VA (Hybrid 3-4 days on site)

Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis, support and maintenance for the IRMS legacy system.
• Develop and implement the Gen Tax IRMS interface under the direction of Virginia Department of Taxation management.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.

Highly Preferred

Skills:

• Technical knowledge in designing, developing and maintaining TAX processing and revenue management systems.
• Product knowledge of IRMS system and/or functional knowledge.

• Self‑motivated and ability to work well in a team.
• Interact with a multi‑disciplined team to clarify, analyze and assess requirements.
• Work independently and collaboratively on a multi‑disciplined project team in an Agile development environment.
• Contribute to detailed design and architectural discussions as well as customer requirements sessions to support the implementation of Power Builder applications.
