Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in building and maintaining microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, along with hands‑on experience in designing scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate will work on distributed systems, process large‑scale data using Spark, and deploy cloud‑native solutions on AWS.

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Build scalable and reliable data pipelines using Apache Spark and related frameworks
• Develop cloud‑native applications leveraging Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable backend solutions
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of services and data pipelines
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support

• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for microservices/API development
• Experience with distributed systems and data processing frameworks
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous processing
• Cloud experience with AWS services
• Experience with SQL/No

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

• Experience with Spring Cloud (Config, Eureka, Gateway)
• Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging/streaming platforms
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with data lakes and big data architectures

The salary for this position is between $109,480 – $124,712 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
