We have flexible scheduling and multiple locations to choose from. We are dedicated to developing our participants into confident, life‑long swimmers. We want you on our team to help save lives through aquatics!

The mission of SwimRVA is to elevate swimming in the Richmond region making water safety and aquatic fitness more accessible to all.

• Manage a wet classroom consistent with SwimRVA's unique teaching platform
• Effectively teach swimming skills and water safety to children and adults
• Creatively incorporate diverse and fun activities into lessons
• Assess participants' swimming skills for appropriate station placement and advancement

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A love for teaching, water, and aquatics programming
• A desire to grow professionally through aquatics

• Part‑time position
• Starting salary at $14.25 per hour
