VCU Athletics is seeking a graduate assistant to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Athletics Compliance Office during the 2026-27 academic year.

Duties & Responsibilities- Reviewing countable athletically related activities records and analyzing data using ARMS and NCAA Compliance Assistant software;
- Monitoring countable athletically related activities and voluntary activities;
- Maintaining student-athlete files and ensuring that all required NCAA and A-10 documentation are up to date;
- Researching NCAA rules and regulations;
- Assisting with interpretive issues of NCAA rules and regulations;
- Assisting with auditing of various compliance areas as assigned;
- Assisting in researching and compiling materials for Coaches’ rules education sessions;
- Utilizing Compliance Assistant software (CAi) to input student-athlete and team data; and
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Admittance into a graduate program within VCU;
- Knowledge and experience with NCAA Division I rules and regulations;
- Highly organized, and detail oriented;
- Professional writing skills; and
- Exceptional verbal communication and people skills.

Scholarship varies
