About the RoleRed River Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Third-Party Operations Coordinator to manage smooth operations between our team and third-party fulfillment partners.
You’ll oversee the entire order fulfillment process — from sales order creation to outbound shipment — ensuring that everything runs efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about creating seamless logistics experiences for customers.
What You’ll Do- Own the logistics process: Manage sales order creation, scheduling, tracking, and outbound shipments for third-party operations.
- Coordinate fulfillment: Develop and maintain the outbound workload schedule, balancing priorities and ensuring orders ship on time and in full.
- Collaborate across teams: Serve as the communication hub between Red River Foods, operations, and logistics providers to align goals and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure accuracy: Track key logistics deadlines, verify documentation, and maintain visibility across all shipments.
- Support inventory management: Partner with the Inventory Manager to monitor product stock levels and ensure readiness for upcoming orders.
- Deliver outstanding service: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep everyone informed and satisfied.
- Analyze and improve: Maintain detailed Excel tracking sheets, identify process gaps, and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Experience: 3+ years in logistics coordination, warehouse administration, or supply chain support.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency — especially Excel.
- Experience with Net Suite or similar order management systems a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Team player with a proactive, customer-first approach.
