Red River Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Third-Party Operations Coordinator to manage smooth operations between our team and third-party fulfillment partners.

You’ll oversee the entire order fulfillment process — from sales order creation to outbound shipment — ensuring that everything runs efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about creating seamless logistics experiences for customers.

• Own the logistics process: Manage sales order creation, scheduling, tracking, and outbound shipments for third-party operations.
• Coordinate fulfillment: Develop and maintain the outbound workload schedule, balancing priorities and ensuring orders ship on time and in full.
• Collaborate across teams: Serve as the communication hub between Red River Foods, operations, and logistics providers to align goals and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure accuracy: Track key logistics deadlines, verify documentation, and maintain visibility across all shipments.
• Support inventory management: Partner with the Inventory Manager to monitor product stock levels and ensure readiness for upcoming orders.
• Deliver outstanding service: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep everyone informed and satisfied.
• Analyze and improve: Maintain detailed Excel tracking sheets, identify process gaps, and recommend efficiency improvements.

• Experience: 3+ years in logistics coordination, warehouse administration, or supply chain support.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency — especially Excel.
• Experience with Net Suite or similar order management systems a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Team player with a proactive, customer-first approach.
