Ali Medical Transport is one of the regional leaders in non‑emergency medical transportation. We transport clients daily to dialysis, medical appointments, and group homes.

We seek qualified, skilled non‑emergency medical transportation drivers tasked with transporting our clients. In this role you’ll work intimately with clients, facilities, and dispatch to ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of our most vital asset: our clients.

• Safely load, transport, and unload immobile and wheelchair‑bound clients by stretcher or wheelchair accessible minivan.
• Assist clients onto stretchers and wheelchairs and secure them properly in the vehicle.
• Maintain constant communication with dispatch.
• Ensure the transport vehicles are mechanically maintained and clean.
• Log all transports on applicable devices and sheets.
• Cross‑train and perform other duties as assigned.

• Be able to lift 100+ pounds when transferring patients to stretcher, vehicle, or appointment.
• Clean driving record – no more than two traffic infractions in the past three years.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screenings.
• Intimate knowledge of the Richmond metro area (zip codes, streets, regions).
• Strong digital, phone, and written communication skills.
• Organized, neat, and technologically adept.
• Effective at managing competing, high‑level priorities – must be able to handle stressful workloads.

• 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Monday to Friday (weekend work available; overtime available)

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on service and experience
