Part-Time Van Driver – First Student (Richmond, VA)

Looking for a rewarding part-time job with a purpose? First Student is hiring Van Drivers in Richmond, VA to safely transport students to and from school.

What We Offer:

• $17.50 per hour starting pay

• Guaranteed 6 hours per day (split AM/PM schedule)

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport students to and from school and activities

• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Ensure student safety while boarding, riding, and exiting the van

• Maintain positive, professional communication with students, families, and staff

What You’ll Need:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid standard driver’s license (No CDL required)

• Minimum of 3 years licensed driving experience

• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening

• A commitment to safety and reliability
