Job SummaryThis position supports load planning activities and manages databases to capture, analyze, and report dispatching information.
Job Responsibilities- The Supplemental Linehaul Recruiter Coordinator manages a fleet of owner operator drivers.
- Supports drivers by helping them to achieve weekly mileage goals, on-time service performance, hours of service, and any other regulatory (e.g., Department of Transportation, etc.).
- Maximize TForce Freight profits on a long-term basis.
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
