Job SummaryMiller Electric Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations of the prefabrication and modularization warehouse. This role ensures accurate receiving, inspection, staging, and inventory control of all materials, skids, and components. The Warehouse Manager leads a team to maintain a safe, organized, and high‑performing warehouse that supports timely delivery of prefabricated solutions to multiple projects.

Receive all incoming shipments of OFCI/CFCI materials, skids, and components.
Inspect incoming materials for quantity, quality, and damage; document and resolve discrepancies.
Track material shortages or delays and escalate to the Program Manager.
Follow established processes and procedures set by the Program Manager.
Maintain direct communication with site teams for full disclosure of order status.
Stage materials and equipment according to project and skid build priorities.
Coordinate with Prefabrication Manager to ensure correct staging for builds.
Organize shipments for delivery to project sites or skid assembly areas.
Plan and manage material flow to prevent bottlenecks in fabrication.
Coordinate with the Logistics Manager to ensure timely site deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and track all tools sent to job sites.
Maintain organized storage for easy pick‑up and delivery.
Track inventory levels and notify Program Manager or Purchasing Team of shortages or reorder needs.
Maintain accurate, real‑time inventory records.
Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Document and report damaged, missing, or returned materials.
Coordinate vendor deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with suppliers regarding missing, damaged, or delayed shipments.
Assign tasks, supervise performance, and enforce safety compliance.
Train staff on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and documentation.
Conduct daily/weekly briefings on priorities and upcoming deliveries.
Supervise forklift, crane, and material‑handling operations safely.
Ensure hazardous or sensitive materials are stored per safety requirements.
Provide daily/weekly reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse status.
Escalate issues impacting schedule, material availability, or quality to the Program Manager.
Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including date, time, materials, and receiving confirmations.
2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, preferably in construction or electrical contracting.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and material handling best practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and material lists.
Proficiency in warehouse management software, and Microsoft 365.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Ability to work in an industrial/warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Occasional climbing of ladders or use of lifts to access storage areas.
Prolonged periods of computer and phone use for reporting and coordination.
