Inventory Control Coordinator

Pay: $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting material flow operations, and ensuring inventory discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, and proficiency with inventory management systems.
SAP experience is preferred.

• Perform cycle counts of raw materials and inventory.
• Document, maintain, and update inventory records accurately.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement regarding raw material orders and inventory needs.
• Visually inspect incoming raw materials for damage or quality concerns.
• Process and track transfer shipments between locations.
• Handle returns and ensure proper inventory adjustments are completed.
• Work closely with vendors to address shipment, inventory, and material issues.
• Assist in resolving inventory-related concerns to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain organized inventory documentation and reports.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.

• Previous inventory control, materials management, warehouse, or supply chain experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with vendors and internal departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
