Pay: From £85 per day
A supportive primary school in Rickmansworth is looking for a passionate Behaviour Mentor to help pupils overcome behavioural and social challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference and see the impact of your work every day.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 and small group behaviour support
- Implement and monitor behaviour interventions
- Work closely with teaching staff, support staff, and parents
- Track pupil progress and provide feedback
- Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar roles
- Patient, proactive, and empathetic
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Committed to supporting pupil progress
