As the class teaching assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of your students. Working closely with a dedicated teaching staff, you will assist in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the schools pupils.

Responsibilities- Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring learning objectives are met.
- Provide 1:1 or group support to students, helping them with their academic and personal development.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that inspires children to thrive.
- Help with classroom management and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, keeping accurate records to track their performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Experience working and supporting children (preferably within a school or educational setting).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
- A patient and empathetic approach to interacting with children.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
