As they continue to expand their specialist technical services, we are seeking a BREEAM Consultant with 2 + yrs experience. Assessor qualification on one discipline a must.

The Role The role offers exposure to a wide range of assessments including BREEAM, HQM, WELL, CEEQUAL and potentially LCA, though the core day-to-day responsibilities will centre on BREEAM and supporting the team with our large portfolio of ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities Technical Delivery Deliver BREEAM Assessments Support wider sustainability services where required. Maintain expert knowledge of Building Regulations, planning policy, and industry codes.
