Practice Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity to join the New Road Surgery team as a Practice Nurse. The Practice Nurse will join our clinical team, working with other nurses, HCAs and GPs and assisting them to provide high-quality,integrated patient care.

The role will involve Child Immunisation,Cervical Cytology, Travel Health, Wound Care and Chronic Disease Management - whilst we are looking for an experienced practice nurse we expect to train you in speciality areas.

New Road Surgery is a friendly, patient centred, training practice led by fourdoctors in partnership serving over 14,000 patients in Croxley Green, Sarrattand the surrounding area.

To provide a high quality care service based on theneeds of the Practice population including treatment, screening, preventativecare and patient education.
