This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rickmansworth for a Sales Negotiator. The role involves assisting clients with property sales, including conducting property viewings, handling negotiations, and obtaining the best outcomes for clients. You will manage end-to-end processes, from property valuations and marketing to coordinating legal formalities and finalising deals. A key part of your role will be delivering excellent customer service to clients while maintaining detailed knowledge of the local property market.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused attitude
• Knowledge of the Rickmansworth area and local property market is advantageous
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
• A car owner with a full UK driving licence
