A fantastic role has become available at a well-established, privately-owned residential estate agency in Rickmansworth
. Our client has been established for over 40 years and has acquired an exceptional knowledge of the local and surrounding areas, as well as building a solid reputation and a reliable and trust-worthy service.

They are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to be a part of their busy and successful team. With a clear career progression path, they want to give you the chance to grow with them as a company. • Some experience within property would be beneficial but is not essential
• Natural sales skills that can be developed
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team as well as with autonomy
• Motivation to succeed
• Intention to continue with role-specific education and training
• IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence and your own car.

The package for this role will include a basic salary of £23,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, with on target earnings of £30,000 to £40,000. A mileage allowance will be paid. Our client will support and pay the costs for relevant qualifications and career development.

You will be working a 5 day week, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
