Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for an award winning Estate Agency based in Rickmansworth
.

The successful candidate will ideally have Estate Agency experience
, OR a Trainee with strong experience in a call centre/heavily targeted call environment.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car
.

• Basic £18,000 - £20,000
• OTE £35,000 to £40,000
• Pooled commission

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6.30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays

• Meeting with clients
• Assessing buyers and sellers particular needs
• Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
• Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
• Promoting properties via different mediums
• Over achieving targets

• Ideally have Estate Agency experience OR a Trainee with strong experience in a call centre/heavily targeted call environment
• High end property experience
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Well spoken and presented
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organisational skills
• Be able to work well within a team
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
