Medical Representative; Dermatology

As a Medical Representative, you will be the key point of contact for healthcare professionals within your designated territory. Your goal is to promote dermatology products, gather valuable market insights, and build long-lasting relationships with medical practitioners. This on-site role offers the chance to develop deep expert knowledge, contribute to strategic marketing efforts, and drive sales growth while working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Drive product promotion to doctors and pharmacists within your territory
• Manage customer visits and engagements to optimize market presence and brand recognition
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals while gathering insights on competitor activities
• Implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory guidance
• Track and report activity metrics to measure success and refine approaches
• Stay current on product and industry developments through continuous professional learning
• Support regional and national activities by actively participating in events and training sessions
• Efficiently manage budgets and allocate resources for promotional activities

• A higher education degree, preferably in Life Sciences or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally within dermatology
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and scientific engagement skills
• Results-driven approach with a proactive, independent work style
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite for reporting and territory management
• Fluency in Dutch (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum C1 level)
• Knowledge of hospitals and clinics in dermatology, and experience launching new pharmaceutical products is a plus

This role offers a competitive minimum salary of £85,000 annually, with additional incentives based on performance and achievements.
