The Health Care Assistant will assist residents with daily living activities, follow individual care plans, and maintain accurate records using IT systems. A driving licence is preferred for roles involving travel between care locations.

• Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support
• Follow and update individual care plans
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Participate in training and development activities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Basic IT proficiency for documentation and communication
• Previous experience in a care home or home care setting
• Valid UK driving licence
• Familiarity with care planning and record keeping
