This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join their team. It is ideal for a proactive and analytical person who is looking to take ownership of maintenance reliability projects while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is based in the Maintenance & Engineering department and reports to the Maintenance/Operations Leadership team. You will diagnose and resolve technical faults, improve reliability processes, and help implement standardized maintenance frameworks across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in automated warehouse systems.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Analyze recurring breakdowns and identify root causes.

Implement reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support and coach less experienced technicians.

Collaborate with suppliers and operations teams to reduce downtime.

Requirements:

Technical diploma (MBO Level 3 or equivalent).

2-5 years of maintenance or engineering experience.

Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.

Experience with sensors, SCADA, CMMS, ICs, or similar systems.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Fluent English communication skills.

Experience in automation, logistics, or manufacturing is advantageous.
