Boba Care Group B.V. zoekt een autismecoach/ambulant begeleider voor regio Ridderkerk. Je ondersteunt kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen met autisme via ambulante en online begeleiding. Een vaste cliëntengroep (12-24) en nauwe samenwerking met de regiecoach staan centraal.
Je hebt een MBO4-diploma Sociaal/maatschappelijk Werk, ervaring met autisme en ambulante begeleiding, en rijbewijs B met eigen vervoer. Werkdagen zijn 28-36 uur per week, met tot maximaal twee avonden tot 20.00 uur.
