We’re looking for experienced and analytical Senior Management Accountants who enjoy turning complex data into clear insights. In this role, you’ll generate key financial reports, perform scenario analysis, and support strategic decisions through detailed revenue and cost evaluations. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance financial transparency and contract performance.

• Create internal and external financial reports, including service line and provider statements, variance analyses, and benchmarks

• Perform audits of internal controls and participate in contract performance evaluations

• Integrate multiple data sets (e.g., payroll, revenue reports, general ledger) to produce actionable financial insights

• Serve on payer negotiation teams to improve contract outcomes

• Conduct scenario modeling using cost report data and related software

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, mission-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Engineering from a U.S. Department of Education recognized institution

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managerial accounting and financial analysis within healthcare

• Proven skill in synthesizing financial data across systems into usable reporting

• Experience in computerized environments with financial systems, internal auditing, and benchmarking tools

• Strong proficiency in Excel, revenue systems, cost reporting, and report writing software

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
