We’re looking for Occupational Therapists who are dedicated to helping patients regain function, enhance daily living skills, and achieve independence. In this role, you’ll organize and implement therapy programs for both hospital and home health patients. You’ll guide individuals through exercises and activities designed to restore mobility, relieve discomfort, and promote wellness, while supervising OT Assistants and Rehab Aides.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct therapeutic programs to rehabilitate patients with physical or mental limitations
- Guide patients in functional tasks to promote independence and mobility
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise Certified OT Assistants, Rehab Aides, and assigned staff
- Make recommendations for equipment and staffing as needed
This role involves working closely with the rehab team and other clinical partners to provide high-quality, coordinated care across settings.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Current registration to practice in California
- Demonstrated competence in therapeutic principles and tools
- Certification and experience appropriate for hospital and home health patients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- BLS CPR certification (American Heart Association guidelines)
- Knowledge of compliance standards and hospital protocols
- Recommended affiliation with the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Ability to communicate and document in English
- Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with patients, families, coworkers, and the community
