Job DescriptionWe’re looking for compassionate Administrative Nursing Supervisors who are dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and their families. In this role, you’ll provide overall coordination of Hospital activities and assume responsibility in the absence of Administration. You’ll help resolve issues across departments when other supervisory personnel are not present. You’ll lead with sound judgment, professionalism, and a calm demeanor.
PatientCare & Treatment
Offer holistic and patient-centered nursing care, focusing on the unique needs of individuals and their families with a positive and respectful approach that aligns with the hospital's values. Emphasize support, clear education, and collaborative decision-making to foster a positive care experience.
Collaborative TeamworkThis role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications- Current RN license to practice in California
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of 4 years acute care experience within the past 5 years required
- Management experience at Charge Nurse level or higher preferred
- BLS certification required and maintained
- ACLS certification required and maintained
- NRP certification required within 3 months and maintained
- PALS certification required within 3 months and maintained
- Cross‑trained employees exempt from certification requirements when competence has been demonstrated
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and coworkers
- Ability to provide leadership aligned with the policies, goals, and mission of the Hospital and Nursing Department
